1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access full diagnostic reports, workspace features, or platform integrations, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate email and organization details and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your workspace.

2. Website Scanning Rights & Authorization

When submitting a website URL for auditing or connecting a domain, you represent and warrant that you own the target website or possess explicit legal authorization from the website owner to perform technical diagnostic scanning and structured data audits.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

WebDarpan offers free trial scanning and paid subscription tiers (e.g., Pro, Agency). Billing is managed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically per chosen billing interval unless cancelled prior to renewal via the billing dashboard (/billing). Refunds are handled according to plan terms.

4. Platform Connectors & Code Fix Execution

WebDarpan provides optional platform connectors for Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and GitHub to assist in deploying technical fixes or generating pull requests. Automated code modifications require explicit user approval. You retain sole responsibility for reviewing and testing all code fixes prior to production deployment.

6. AI Advisory Functionality

WebDarpan AI advisory responses, SERP simulations, and content draft briefs are generated by AI models to assist human decision-making. AI recommendations are advisory in nature; you maintain final oversight over all published web content and code changes.

7. Prohibited Misuse & Security Conduct

You agree not to misuse WebDarpan services. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) or scanning private network IP ranges.
• Attempting to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile security checks or API rate limiters.
• Reverse engineering or exploiting tenant isolation boundaries.
• Automating unauthorized high-frequency denial-of-service requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebDarpan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform services.
